Visit with Santa and Mrs. Claus

Santa and Mrs. Claus are coming to the Mengle Memorial Library on Monday, December 19, 2011 at 6:00 pm.  Christmas stories will be read and Santa will be available for pictures.  Don’t forget your camera! 

Remember to drop off at the library a wrapped gift from Santa for your child with their name clearly marked on it before the program starts.  Parents please sign your child up for the event by calling 265-8245 or by visiting the library.  

Readers' Group

Readers Group -- Wednesday, November 30th at 1:15 pm.  

This event is sponsored by the Friends of the Library.  This monthly discussion group highlights the fiction and non-fiction titles read recently by participants.  The group welcomes new members and is open to all people.  Call the library for more details at 265-8245.

eReader Petting Zoo -- from 1:00 pm to 5:00 pm on Saturday, November 19th and Saturday, November 26th.  

Thinking about buying an eReader for Christmas?  Come to the library before you shop to test out Kindle, a Nook, an iPad, and the new Kindle Fire.

Thanksgiving Holiday -- The Library will be closed on Thursday, November 24th & Friday, November 25th for the Thanksgiving Holiday.
