November Events

Young at Heart
The Mengle Memorial Library has a new weekly program entitled “Young At Heart.” These programs are targeted at adults over the age of 55, but everyone is welcome to attend.

The “Young at Heart” programs will occur every Monday starting on Monday, November 2, 2009 at 1:00 pm. Programs will include classic movie showings, health and fitness, technology (including computer and Internet usage, and technology gadgets: cell phones, digital cameras, and electronic book readers), watercolor instruction, current events discussions, games (card games, board games, and Wii gaming), and much more!

Between the Pages

Evening Book Group

The Evening Book Group will meet on Tuesday, November 17th at 6:30pm. We will be discussing Reading Lolita in Tehran by Azar Nafisi.


Readers Group

The Readers Group will meet on Wednesday, November 18th at 1:15 pm in the Library’s meeting room. Come discuss your thoughts and opinions on the recent books you have read. Everyone is welcome to attend.
