December Events

Lapsit & Play as Learning – Tuesday, December 4th at 5:30 pm
Special storytime that models reading activities for parents, followed by a fun program that encourages parents and caregivers to play with their children.  This event is for parents and their children under the age of 5. 

Family Development Time – Tuesday December 11th at 5:30 pm - Register by December 3rd
Shows parents fun, easy activities they can do to improve the brain development of their children.  This event is for parents and their children under the age of 5.  This event is sponsored by Apple Tractor, Inc.  Please REGISTER for this event at the library (265-8245) so we know how many meals to order!

Santa Claus is coming to the library! - Thursday, December 13th at 6:00 pm 
Christmas stories will be read, carols will be sung and Santa and Mrs. Claus will be available for pictures.  Don’t forget your camera! 

Remember: Santa’s sleigh is already packed, and he cannot get to your presents!  So parents, please drop off a wrapped gift from Santa to your child at the library before the program starts with their name clearly written on the package.  Parents please register child up for the event by calling 265-8245 or by visiting the library.

Evening Book Group - Tuesday, December 18th at 6 pm
We will be discussing Before I Go To Sleep by S. J. Watson

Chess Club - The 1st and 3rd Saturdays of the Month at 1 pm

The library will be closed on Monday, December 24th and Tuesday, December 25th, Monday, December 31st and Tuesday, January 1st for the Holidays.
