It is time for the 7th annual Winter Wednesdays at the Brockway library!
Started in 2004 as a fund raiser following state wide funding cuts, it has continued as a popular mid-winter event. Members of the Friends of the Library prepare homemade soups and desserts for patrons’ enjoyment for dining “in” or for “carry out.” In addition, the sale of quality used books is featured. The Friends’ goal is to promote library awareness and raise funds in an entertaining and community based style.
Surprise Saturday
Saturday, February 13th from 11:00am – 1: 00pm
Featuring author Jan Sady and her book “Mr. Bernie’s Most Favorite Place.” Kids will also enjoy face painting, coloring, and a visit by Tigger.
